Free Returns
Return any item* within 30 days for a full merchandise refund or return.
Please Note: Due to current order volume, please allow for extended processing and delivery. Returns and refunds processed during this period will also be delayed.
How To Return
1. Valdelin customers click 'Start Return'.
2. Be sure to include your Order Number and Email.
*PLEASE NOTE: Items marked 'Final Sale' and purchases discounted 50% or more are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All 2nd Home Renewed purchases are considered Final Sale.

Looking to exchange an item?
If you would like to exchange your item for another size/color/style, etc., we ask that you proceed with a return and place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive.
Do I need to return my free item with the rest of my order?
Did you receive a free item with your purchase but have to return some other items? If you fall beneath the promotion threshold after returning an item, you will need to return the item product(s) as well.
If you’d like to keep the free item but fall below the threshold, we will either deduct the cost of the free item from your refund or have you pay for the items.

Refund Processing Time:
